We expected breakfast to be included in the price of the room. Also, we were charged two service charges just in case we ran up bills while we were... there. We were assured that these fees would be credited back to our account if we did not have outstanding charges. Don't know whether that will happen or not as we must wait 7 to 10 days to find out. The room was very clean. The tv was excellent except that it did not have Golf Channel. The room appointments were excellent. Great taste in decor. Location is pleasant away from the noise of traffic yet convenient to interstate, restaurants and shopping with easy access to downtown attractions. Rooms clean and comfortable and hotel staff cordial and accommodating.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The cafe was good, too. I love the healthy options! My only complaint was the comfort of the beds. The pillows were a poor quality and the sheets were somewhat scratchy. But the room was clean, updated, and had no other problems.

Hotels.com staff said the room hada pullout couch but it didn't. The hotel was convenient to numerous restaurants.
