Nice clean hotel. Room was a bit small but it was manageable. Pool was a very comfortable temp and good size. Only thing that was a bit disappointing... was that there was a bunch of kids staying, and on Sat n Sunday you couldn't take advantage of the breakfast. We literally sat there for 45 min waiting for the kids to step away from the waffle maker so we could make one for our kids. Maybe hotel staff could suggest to the parents that there are other guest that want to use it, and they should limit how many they can make at one time. ( one kid made 3 right in a row by a Hotels.com guest on 05/06/13

Our weekends are usually very busy with leisure guests, so our breakfast area does get a little busy at times. Normally my staff is doing their best to eliminate this from happening. Very nice hotel. Everyone who works there was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had something for everyone. Nice variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

it was close to the sites we wanted to see in cleveland. it was close to several good restaurants and good shopping places ( legacy village and beachwood place ) . was right off the I-271, so it was easy to get to. breakfasts were very good. overall, a great place. people were very friendly as well.
