"Hampton Inn Beechwood OH- Inconvenient location"
This hotel was not convenient to Cleveland, and there was serious rush hour traffic preventing easy access. The rooms had little if any noise insulation, and we were awakened during the night by talking in the halls and the ice machine. Desk staff promised three rooms on the same floor for our family, and when other family members arrived later than […] us, they ended up on two different floors. Shower turned ice cold right in the middle. Not a great way to wake up. Hotel manager seemed to have heard the complaint before. He mentioned running water from some of the empty rooms on the floor. Otherwise hotel was fine. Just could not get past the shower.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We were sent to one room . When we got there the bed had not been made -linens were everywhere. Our new room was okay but that night The fire alarm went off and kept blaring for close to an hour.
