"disappointed"
We were disappointed with or stay. We usually like the holiday inn express so we decided to book with them since they had an indoor pool. The pool was freezing and the hot tub did not work. The pool and hot tub were green and disgusting. The pull out couch did not have linens so we had to go downstairs ourselves to get linens. The tub stopper did not […] work in our room. It was absolutely horrible. We were in room 402 and the individuals that were in room 400 - I had to call and complain 4-5 times to the front desk. I repeatedly was asked if I was a club member which I felt that it should not matter whether I went thru hotels.com or the hotel itself on the service and ability to get rest. Which I got NONE.
