"Simple drive to Savannah, close to I-95"
Staff was super friendly, room was clean and spacious. Not very soundproofed but nice. The breakfast selection was great! Hot bfast is always welcome when we're traveling to save money. Located right on one of the biggest thoroughfares in Savannah, Abercorn Street, this hotel is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, so it would be perfect for the out of town traveler. I had a very nice stay at the hotel. I was very pleased with the stay. I cant complain with anything really. The location was good for me because I was a bit famililar with the area. It is about 10-15min from the historical district, and about 5 min from both malls. "cold"
The room was smaller then the other hoilday inn, I stayed at before. The shower would not get hot for anything, so imagine taking a cold shower, with already cold weather. Not to mention the at the front desk, did not want to give us a late check out even with being a priority club member. But she did anyways but was not pleased to do do. As we were […] leaving that morning the withers gave us strange look. Not to mention I work at a holiday inn express & suite and I know the guilty of how things are suppose to be. Also for the price we paid(no employee discount) there was no refrigerator or microwave. Smh. All rooms should be equipped with such items.
