"Visiting Hunter Army Base"

Staff was super friendly, room was clean and spacious. Not very soundproofed but nice. The breakfast selection was great! Hot bfast is always welcome when we're traveling to save money. The hotel was very nice and met my expectations except at check in when i was given the wrong room and walked in on a mother and her child. Had a room right next to the lobby and walls were thin so could hear a lot of noise. We had four in a room for several night stay and they always left us with only 3 towels so each night we had to ask for another towel. I was not please with the buffet breakfast offered. There was no fruit. There was one very ripe banana that was quite unapppealing. The room was smaller then the other hoilday inn, I stayed at before. The shower would not get hot for anything, so imagine taking a cold shower, with already cold weather. Not to mention the at the front desk, did not want to give us a late check out even with being a priority club member. But she did anyways but was not pleased to do do. "Good stay"
I stayed in a king bed regular room. Very nice room and comfortable and clean. The room had a funny smell on entry, perhaps this was soap or cleanser (?). The sink drain handle fell apart but it drained well and I notified the desk. The one downer was the almost every morning noise when the dumpster emptying trucks come at 430 am and bang and clang […] waking me up. This is on the west side of the building, I asked the clerk to make a note in my file to not place me on that side of the building next time.
