"nice for the price"
It was nice and the beds were good, but there was some kind of problem with the outlets. I brought a small fan and it kept cutting on and off, all on one side of room. I did let them know when we checked out. other than that the stay was great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Just what we were looking for...."
I wasn't interested in camping on a family member's floor but didn't want to spend a lot for a nice place for a quick trip. The Hilton Garden Inn was perfect, we even stayed an additional night! "Close to shopping"
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early. The breakfast buffet is very good and lots to chose from along with the cook taking orders for omlets, eggs, pancakes. "Excellent for the money..."
This hotel appeared to be almost brand new. It is only a short drive to historic downtown. My only small criticism is the pillow choice (at all Hiltons, I think)...too firm for my liking. Overall, GREAT hotel experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Mix up"
When I made reservations, I was told in that it was located right in the middle of the historic district and could walk to everything. When I got to the location according to my GPS it was not the one I was told. This site was located several miles outside of the historic district and not the one I was promised. "Hilton Garden Inn Savannah - highly recommended"
We arrived late at night and were very tired having driven from Miami with two young children so I was pleased that we didn't spend long checking in. The staff were very friendly and there were also available free parking spaces right next to the hotel. The hotel was exactly as it seemed in the photos too which is not always the case with some hotels. The hotel was in a very convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping all within a couple miles. Downtown Savannah was very close and took only a few minutes to reach - which was great. "not dark enough at night"

The rates were reasonable for the location and after having visited Savannah I don't think you could talk me into actually staying in the historic district. Parking was tight late at night but there is a garage available if you are willing to walk a little further. Excercise room was decent but the pool is very bland but at least there is a hot tub. "Nice hotel"
My stay here was very comfortable and pleasant. The bed could be adjusted to your own level of comfort which was nice after a long day at the beach and/or sightseeing! The only thing that I could see as a possible issue would be the lack of parking when the hotel is fully occupied but you are given a park pass.
