"Just OK..."
A little expensive for the quality of stay. Room was average. Bathroom had wallpaper coming off wall, white flakes of ceiling were falling off. Smelled old and musty. Not the best place I've stayed downtown, but not the worse. Will definitely be staying somewhere else next time. "Walking distance from everything"
It was nice except for the fact that the hotel was having a part in the quad, and they were playing music around midnight and it could be heard throughout the hotel. They had no consideration for any of the other guest in the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Mulberry needs update!"
We have stayed at the Mulberry many times before. Think it is time they update. The air conditioner was so loud that it kept waking me up all night. The breakfast buffet used to be much better. Might have to rethink next stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Don't travel with a dog even at a pet friendly pla"
the hotel was charming, but we had a puppy we were bringing home from vacay and the hotel put us at the end of the the block without any access to the outside, except to go through the two lobbies...it was very discouraging.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Noisy"
In an otherwise very nice hotel, we could hear the elevator 2 rooms away, the woman in the next room coughing for 2 hours, the traffic on the street, and the 7:30 am vacuuming. Too noisy for sleep or even privacy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel stay was not bad but not great either"
The room itself was clean and well maintained. It was close to the 2nd floor elevators which meant the noise level was pretty high even at night. The bathroom fan wasn't working but I did not bother dealing with it as it didn't matter to me. The staff was very friendly except for one very condescending lady at the front desk who was incredibly patronizing […] and rude (turns out the rest of the staff has had a few complaints about her already). The hotel did not mention that there was a $14 parking fee (per night) in their garage. Not that it's very expensive but I would have liked to have known additional fees would apply when I checked in. A wedding also took place that weekend we were there. Since it ended at 11pm it was no big deal but again, I would have liked to have been notified when I checked in. Location wise, the hotel is very close to River Street and has easy walking access to most places. Overall the staff was nice, the room was clean but my stay was tainted by the smaller things they didn't disclose upfront and that wildly rude employee. I probably won't stay there again.
