The Hyatt just has the best service, and accomodations in Santa Rosa. The Brassarie restaurant is very good, and a nice bar. This is the only place I look for when visiting Sonoma County.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I would stay here again"
Simple and quik check in process with friendly staff. Perfect location off the freeway and easy walking distance to all of downtown Santa Rosa and the mall. The onsite restraunt and bar were more than adaquate for the facility. Fare hotel rates for the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"very clean and nice"
Our stay was very good. We didn't walk to downtown, but the location seems to be good and within walkable distance. (we drove everywhere due to time constraints) The beds were good size and very comfortable. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom door was a sliding door (big one) that didn't have a lock on it. Also, once you close it, it slides […] open too.... it was a challenge to go to the bathroom or shower and knowing that the door is sliding open. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"21'r trip"
The stay was very nice. The hotel was great. The only problem we had was the safe wasn't working right and when they gave us a mini frig to comp us, it didn't work either. Otherwise the hotel rating for us would be a 4.9.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
