"I would stay here again"
Simple and quik check in process with friendly staff. Perfect location off the freeway and easy walking distance to all of downtown Santa Rosa and the mall. The onsite restraunt and bar were more than adaquate for the facility. Fare hotel rates for the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decently good."
Everything was great except for the bed which was not laid out properly and had a lot of bumps making it uncomfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient location"
They need to replace an old mattress. Poor quality sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"no free WIFI"
Had to pay extra for WIFI in the room; my husband and I often stay at 4 star hotels and most comp the WIFI; every hotel should, I personally, need that more then a TV. Build it into the rate just like the flat screen TV's and the nice bedding...Genuine Expedia guest review

"Relaxing night away"
It was nice, the room was a bit smaller than what I expected for the price, the bed was ok but not super comfy and they had a top sheet on the mattress instead of a fitted sheet which kept coming loose and bunching uncomfortably. But it was clean and staff were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was great and again the restaurant staff were fantastic. […] Pool was nice but too many kids taking it over ,4 at least of which I suspect were a local family and not actually guests of the hotel!!! Overall I would recomend it but was expecting a bit more going by the price. Great location. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Hotel in the peaceful Santa Rosa"
Despite of the fact that I took a long time to check in and check out because the hotels.com and the hotel we´re not aligned with my reservation, the rest was perfectly fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Santa Rosa Hyatt"
me & my husband stayed here after the Silver Oak release party in Geyserville for their 2007 Napa valley cab, it's w/in 1/2 hr drive and decently priced and the room was clean and surroundings' been all updated. of one note, the original building must have been quite some age as we werer staying on the 2nd floor and the room was shaking a little bit […] as we walk w/in the room (we're all small size people, I weight ~120 lbs). other than that, service was promt and great, we order a bottle of Alexander valley cab for ~60 w/ gratuity, breakfast were right at the time we requested, the coffee was quite so-so, however... we also like the fire pit in the middle of the courtyard, if they have a pool then we can bring the kids next time... Restaurant near by: we tried Sea Thai Bistro in Santa Rosa, pretty awesome Thai/fussion cuisines w/ locals recommanded to make reservations for wk/ends. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good location for restaurants & wine tasting"
We stayed one night after wine tasting in Dry Creek area late December. Pretty hotel, nice rooms, would have loved to sit by the outdoor firepit if we had time. Walking distance to Railroad district restaurants & shops and couple of minute drive to downtown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hyatt Hotel in Santa Rosa, CA"
This is a very good hotel and one I would recommend. I have stayed here several times on my twice annual trips between Southern California and Northern Oregon. On this visit, however, I had to wait for perhaps 10 minutes, while a young woman reserved several rooms for herself and other young friends who, from the looks of things, were planning to PARTY. […] I requested a room that was FAR away from the party people, because I had driven many hours that day and wanted to get some rest before continuing on my journey. "Decent hotel, Decent price"
Overall, the hotel was kept in good shape and all necessary services were provided. It's got a few nice touches -- including an outdoor patio area with a fire pit, patio doors (on some rooms) that can open into a central square, etc. The furnishing were decent, although I found the bed uncomfortable. It's a nice hotel, but not likely one that's going […] to make a lifetime impression. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel & Spa in Santa Rosa, CA"
Very nice hotel, great staff, wonderful location near the downtown area. Comfortable bed and well appointment bathroom. I was a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in our room, we managed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel & Spa"
Nice hotel. Friendly service. Nice rooms and a decent pool. I stayed in a room at the patio level. The real negative is that the hallway noise is pretty loud. You can hear doors opening and closing, people's conversations and even their footsteps outside the door. Thus, I can't say I got a good night's rest. I don't know about the other levels but, […] unless you don't care about noise that much, I suggest getting a room above the first floor. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice but overpriced, drunken wine enthusiasts"
We stayed in the hotel for one night this past weekend. The hotel is pretty, it's in a convenient location and the restaurant is very good. However, on a Saturday night many of the guests were in town to tour the wineries, and a number of them came back drunk and boisterous. Every half our or so until after midnight there was some very loud passerby […] in the hall outside our room. I specifically asked for a quiet room because we have a 1-yr-old and our room was anything but quiet. Also, for a 'deluxe king' it was incredibly small. It's also RIDICULOUS that they charge for internet. What do they think this is, 1995? Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hyatt Vineyard Creek"
We are planning a wedding for our daughter in 2012 and would like to use Hyatt Vineyard for guests but the cost was expensive for what you got. Nothing extra! You need to provide free wi-fi to your guests, that is a must!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice location, but"
hotel itself was confusing. only one elevator in our wing ( that i could find) & no signage to get to pool, elevator etc & i had to continually seek out workers to ask what direction to go.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel"
A nice hotel; loved the brand new bathroon, especially the shower, and tons of great stores and restaurants in walking distance, and terrific freeway access. Only shortcomings, elevators were not in convenient locations and required key card to ascend/descend between floors, and really missed a microwave, mini fridge, and DVD player in the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very pleasant stay in all respects. The only negative is the lighting in the suite. Soft white lighting bulbs would be more appropriate - I don't want to feel like I'm in Walmart ...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
