When I saw the rating of excellent, I expected a nice clean hotel room. I'm not sure who has been staying here but it is very old and in a bad area. The floor in the bathroom had hair on it. The bed sheet, we discovered, at 11pm had an old blood stain on it that didn't get bleached out. The maid had to have seen it, it was right in the middle of the […] sheet. The heater was either too hot or we froze. We won't be returning. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very small room, this should be a motel 6"
Could not believe Best Western would have this location in their inventory.Genuine Expedia guest review
When I saw the huge bug, the size of my thumb climbing the wall I was immediately ready to check out. Unfortunately, I had my young children and it was after 10 pm so we had to stay the night. Needless to say we check out first thing the next morning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Who ever did the online pics of this hotel did a superb job because when we arrived it looked nothing like the pics!! I would never had booked this hotel if I had seen the true pics of it first!Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was just ok. But I was there for business and their Wi-Fi was incredibly slow you couldn't do anything. When I called the front desk to ask about it, the lady told me to call the internet company to fix the issue. Can you believe this? They expect the guests to call the internet company to fix THEIR problem? I'm sorry but that cannot be the […] guests' responsibility. The lady never apologized and just said well, try using another connection (they had about 6 and none of them worked). I had 2 computers and one i-pod touch and none of them could get connected (so it was clearly not the hardware. After the second night I moved to the Quality Inn, it was cheaper, more comfortable, and they did have free super fast internet. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very bad service"
We arrived expecting our room to be ready, when it wasn't ready ( an hour an half after it should have been) there was no apology. The staff seemed uninterested and unconcerned about their service. It was extremely poor customer service. The room when we got it was basic and did not live up to the description on the website.Genuine Expedia guest review
