We stayed at The Joule for a night as a last little "baby moon" getaway. The hotel and accomodations were very nice. I wasn't too thrilled about the location. We missed the valet the first time we passed and with all the construction and 1-way streets, it was hard to navigate our way back. Valet was expensive so we tried to look for other places to […] park. Turned out to be a better option to pay for the valet service. Our room had a horrible view. We overlooked the roof of a neighboring building that was under construction - unimpressed. Overall, we enjoyed our night away. I found the staff at the Joule to be very courteous and helpful. The hotel is quite nice, well appointed and comfortable. Fabulous Hotel!! Very attentative staff. Upon check-in I asked where the ice makers where and was informed that there were none, however around 6:00 that evening room service showed up unanounced with a bag of ice and chocolates.
