We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
"W Hotel....disappointing room"
Our room was very disappointing. However the customer service made up for it. When we first arrived the room had been completely saturated with their "W" Scent, and within 30 minutes I had a migraine. We called the front desk and they sent up an ionizer, which dramatically helped. Food in the hotel restaurant was mediocre (dinner), and the room service […] omelet we ordered the next morning was rubbery. Our room was too "industrial"; the open bathroom concept was too small and honestly awkward for me and my mother to share. Of course this was the bottom of the line "Wonderful Room" so I suppose you would have to spend quite a bit more to get a decent room. The hotel itself was very hip and cool, but obviously catered for a much younger crowd. If I want a party, I know where to find one. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. "Stacation in town to relax"
The View room was nice with a good view. However the room has a really weird layout - completely open bathroom - so if you order room service you don't want anyone in the shower. Also means you can't steam up the bathroom if you want - and if you like your room cold it makes for a chilly shower. The eye candy of the pros in the lobby was nice, but not […] really family friendly, of course kids wouldn't know what they were seeing really anyway. Sorry Craft has left, but the replacement restaurant was good. Room service and the service itself was really good. Definitely a place to stay if you seeing something at AA center. They are remolding this summer June - August to give all bathrooms more privacy - so if you are going to stay then, ask for a discount if there is going to be noise My wife and I were planning on a birthday weekend lounge session - not bad, but won't choose here again. If I pay for a premium room, I expect a premium room. Cramped space, limited towels & toiletries and no convenience of in-room refridgerator. Limited transportation alternatives. Room service was slow, mediocre and pricey. Pool was beautiful, but access to it and the view of the Dallas skyline was limited. I will not go back to this location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
not very impressed with the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Definitely not worth the money."
Definitely not worth the money. Room was ok. Concierge was too busy playing on the internet to help us and didnt seem to care once we did get her attention. I expected much more. Won't be going back and will inform others I know of this...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel if you like wasting hard earned money."
The hotel experience initially was fantastic the staff at check in we're very friendly and informative, after checking in we went to our room where to our dismay the air conditioning didn't work properly, after having the "engineer" come up three times to fix the A/C the hotels solution was to simply put a box fan in the room. So not only was my stay […] in the W in Dallas hot but it was also very noisy and uncomfortable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"The W Hotel Dallas, Tx."
The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms are horrible. You walk immediately into the bathroom when you come into the room and only have a curtain for privacy. will never stay there again. I think the hotel is meant for alot younger folks!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Too expensive for the service given"
In terms of the services provided versus the hotel cost, it shows that the W DALLAS VICTORIA hotel is very very expensive. The hotel is very expensive and it does not provide basic things like a microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room. We were looking for a microwave in the hotel and it was not possible. We wanted to warm a milk for our girls and […] no way !! At the end, the guys said that they could help us with a microwave for an extracharge of $25. Most of the hotels have basic things as microwave for use of any body and this hotel does not. It is not a hotel for a family with kids. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"air conditioner problems"
The hotel room was clean enough however the pool had cups and things floating around in it. It would have been gorgeous view and wonderful had it not been for the crap floating around. Also, the door to get into the 24 hour pool was broken so when we went, even at 6 on Friday night, we had to wait for someone to come open the door because our key would […] not do it. We also went in the middle of the night because my boyfriend would want a cigarette and had to wait everytime for the door to be opened! The air conditioner in our room was miserable - it never got cold, ever! We put it down as low as it would go and just was not cold. We asked them to bring us some toothpaste and waited an hour and had to call down again! I would have preferred to stay at the Ritz or Zaza but the pool would be worth it, unfortunately, it was not. "Bring your own towels"
First of all its a no smoking area which is great, first thing I noticed was a burned spot on the sofa. The next day I take a shower in the neat little overhead rain shower, notice when I get out there is a leak between the shower and the wall and the bathroom is almost flooded. So here I am spending top dollars for a room and throwing every towel I […] have to clean up the mess before it heads for the bed. Told the management about it when I checked out and all they said was thanks and will have someone to look into it. Nothing like we are so sorry, can we do anything to make your next visit better. I was not impressed! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
