"This W Has Gone Down Hill FAST!"
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and it has fallen fast. The valet was unattentive and it was difficult to get parked to check-in. My room key did not work so I had to come back to the front desk. The shower had little water pressure (I also overheard the guy in front of me checking out stating he had all kinds of plumbing problems […] as well). I could not believe that they also charged me $2 per call for "toll free" numbers. Their main Ghost Bar closed down months ago. Stay at any other hotel in Dallas and you will be a much happier person. If you look at the history of my reviews (if it's possible on here), I have never had a bad experience at a hotel. "Too much money for filthy rooms/pool"
I thought by getting a more expensive hotel room I'd get better service, our a view, our even a clean room but nothing of the sort. there was yellow crust on sol the beds sheets, the 2 in our room, the shower is right next to one of the beds, the pool was filthy and there was non stop partying all through the night. At for in the morning we were woken […] up by what sounded like a lady was being murdered in the hallway followed by an hour long throwing session of whatever could be found in the hallway. The glass on the infinity pool was so filthy you couldn't even see the sunset and the lobby was filled with ruffians and riff raff.all night drinking at one of the bars on the bottom floor. "A beautiful hotel weth terrible service"
What ever when ever? It should really be "not really and seldom" I would not put any plans in the hands of this staff. I have stayed at two W's and have been completely disappointed each time. I would recommend that the head of Guest Services for the company be an understudy at the Hilton or LXR chains.
