even called to verify prior to stay. Got there and got what I got, i didnt have time to complain due to time. We forgot our tickets, there computers in the business center could not even go online. It was a big hassle.

For the price this was an excellent stay and we really enjoyed out time there. The downside was really that there wasn't a lot of room for 2 people staying several days - we had a suite which was only just a suite- there was a door separating the living area and bed but both were very small rooms and not really separate or separate. I was staying with […] my mother who had the bed and I had the pullout couch. It was very uncomfortable. Storage and hanging space was very limited and the bathroom was small and pokey. The kitchen area was large and well equipped and the room super clean and well maintained. The extra fee for parking was an unwelcome surprise but the parking was convenient with parking on every level. Staff were super friendly, helpful and the best part of the stay. The location was not particularly convenient walking wise but there was a free shuttle to most anywhere. Read more

The quality of hotel service was exceptional and the hotel shuttle was able to take us to multiple nearby attractions...for free! We booked this Hotel to attend a Stars game. It was close to the American Airlines center, which was great. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Had trouble sleeping due to outside city noise. The continental breakfast was not as good as most hotels, very disappointed.

This was our first stay at a Hyatt House. Great location and well equipped room. Loved having the kitchen and the fridge and the large comfy sofa! They provided free wi-fi and a daily breakfast. That is the only thing that can use improvement here...the breakfast. Front staff and cleaning staff were awesome.

I chose this hotel because of the location, the shuttle service, and the picture shown on the website. It's very close to downtown. The public transportation is not very convenient around the hotel, but they have a very good complimentary shuttle service. They will take you to downtown. When I want to go back, I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle […] to pick me up. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. All of my concerns during my stay were answered by them. They greeted me every time I went back to the hotel. The room (the studio, to be precised) was very spacious. It looked exactly like the picture on the website. The kitchenette allowed me to make late dinner. The couch was very big and comfortable. There was a tv between the bed and the living area. It could be turned and face either the bed or the couch, which is very nice for me. Also, there's a DVD player. There is a convenient store next to the front desk. The price was acceptable, just like the price at the gas station stores. I bought a sandwich (~$4 after tax) and ice cream cup (~$2.5 after tax). Free computers with internet and free printing were provided at the business center. I used the business center because the in-room complimentary wireless internet was super slow and always disconnect. This was the only bad experience in this stay, but it did not affect me too much. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown and a DART station, but there was construction in the area that made the walk inconvenient in the winter of 2012. The overall hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The room did have a stale odor and we found on the bottom side of a cushion a cigarette burn when the entire hotel was supposed to be smoke-free. Outside of that the room service was timely, the breakfast was decent and the bed was very comfortable.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I was concerned about the fact it was located on Harry Hines Blvd, but Harry Hines is a very long road. The part of Harry Hines that the hotel is located on is in downtown Dallas. We were less than two miles to the Dallas Convention Center. The hotel itself reminds me of an older hotel that has been renovated (I am guessing it's newer and decorated to feel like that, but really don't know). Saw concert at American Airlines Arena. The hotel was a short 5-10 minute walk to the venue which meant we didn't have to get the car out and pay extra parking expense.
