    This Dallas hotel is just off Interstate 635, 1 mile from Texas Instruments and 3 miles from Galleria shopping. Downtown Dallas is 10 miles from the hotel; Cowboys Stadium is 25 miles away.

    This hotel was at best okay. For the price it was decent. Don't count on breakfast though, you have to pay for hot breakfast. The place is a little rundown, but even though the staff didn't have uniforms, they were still attentive and friendly.

    I was very unhappy with my accomodations. They required a $50 deposit and you had to sign to agree to pay for any towels if they felt like there was something that wouldn't come out before getting your key. I had to request to change rooms due to the first room was clean. The room I stayed in was actually a down grade as they did have anymore of the […] rooms like my room available at the time with microwave and refrigerator, but it was better than the first room. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal served in koolaid pitcher, toast, scrambled/boiled eggs, coffee, milk,oh, fruit punch. If you wanted pancake, waffle, bacon, sausage, ham, or honeybun you were charged .92 for each item. Omelets were $1.79. It was like pulling teeth to get a cab service to pick you up from this location. I have never Stayed in a hotel like this before and I will be more selective in the future. The pictures on the website must be very old and are deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read more

    Only complaint is when we arrived the door to the fridge was open, so the fridge was not cold, & we had food to put in it. The tv wouldn't come on either. Eventually we discovered the power strip to the tv, microwave, & fridge was turned off.

    It is a very old hotel not as it's pictues shown. Very smelly, and old interal. Basically, it needs to rebuild the whole hotel. The mattress is old too. The sheets are smelly and all the furniture are old. The wall paint is dirty. I will never stay at that hotel again.

    I think there was a rather large group of hookers operating out of this hotel. I checked in around 10, and heard a female yelling at a male to get out of her room. I also saw multiple males and females coming into and out of that wing as the night went on. The females were all dressed like party girls. I expect more from Ramada.

    the first room we was put in the room was nasty and the bathrooms tub was broke then we was moved to another one and it was not any better when i was getting in the shower and pulled the shower curtain it had a old wash cloth and it had already molded the curtain.

    The people who ran the hotel were nice enough, however, there was a deposit required that I was not told about before hand. They have you leave a deposit to cover the replacement of anything you may steal or destroy....including getting make-up on the pillow case! Ridiculous! The hotel is in need of an update. It is very clean, but the furniture needed […] repairs and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, plus the carpets all need replacing.     We had four rooms booked for the weekend just in my group of friends. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is its surrounding location. The staff was not helpful at all. A friend of mine(female) was sharing a room with a male friend of hers. There shower wouldnt drain at all and the front desk told her was "well your sharing with a guy […] so it shouldnt matter to much" Another friend checked in, went to their room and it hadnt even been clean from the previous guest. And another checked in and everything seemed okay until she opened the shower the next morning to be so disgusting she came to use mine. After telling this to the front end at check out all she got was a Sorry and pretty much pushed out of the way to hurry to the next one. Ramada should be ashamed to have the hotel operating under its name...most def will not return! Read more

    This property is struggling to stay alive. They required an unexpected $50.00 deposit at check in to cover items that we were expected to steal. Not a good beginning. Breakfast was weak at best. Simply would not choose to stay here again.

    the rooms air conditioner did not work very well and the floors needed to be vacumed there was dirt from previous renters little hairs in bathroom floor too also the rooms could use fridge and microwave the ice machine was broke on the third and second floors we was on the third floor had to go to first floor for ice

    I staryed at the Ramada off Lyndon B Johnson this hotel was not what I expected. The AC didn't cool. Breakfast consist of cereal or an omlette for $1.99.     Walking in was a bit intimidating... the hotel is obviously on the older side. But the poorly lit parking lot and the shady occupants/people hanging out in the parking lot prompted us to run inside and lock the door behind us as quickly as possible. Once in our room, it was very clean, comfortable and an altogether nice room.

    I wal over all satisfied with my stay. However, their web site advertised a korean resturant on the premises, which was closed down and had been for sometime. It was very close to many good resturants. Their were panhandlers working the parking lot daily.

    Last time we were there it was under different owner/management and it was the reason we returned. This time the professional friendly atmosphere was gone as well as the care and cleanliness of the hotel. We really like the location and price but we will be looking for another place to stay in the future.

The sliding door screeched when it opened, the hall carpet was stained all the way down, my bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and breakfast tasted like it was cooked days ago and reheated multiple times.     Hall Carpet where room was located was very dirty!! The water in the room had a really bad smell. It smelled as if it were coming out of the potty. I rested for about an hour and drove home even though I was really tired. I feel when the carpet is so dirty with spots and it's the first thing you see why would you care if anything else was cleaned.

    Upon arrival we were given keys to a smelly room. Had the smell of something burning. They changed our room after we had struggled with the cart carrying our luggage. Everyday the cards had to be reactivated; and on one occassion the front desk acted as though it was an inconvenience to them. On three days, housekeeping did not leave facecloths; on […] the last day we were told that front desk did not have any and that housekeeping was closed for the night--it was 7pm. We went to WALMART and bough our own facecloths. Heating/cooling unit in the room we were never able to regulate--my husband and I left with head colds. Not what I expected from a hotel listed on hotels.com. I have an upcoming wedding in OKC and was hoping to use hotels.com to book 6 rooms for my family but now I am really thinking twice. Read more
