We went to the wrong location it was another one of your Double Tree locations near Love Field. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all. She was rood to us when we were checking in. She said you have no reservations here. So then I said do you have anything available she said no we don't. No sorry or nothing then we said well where is the location […] of the one we booked. She gave us the wrong address making us later and more difficul to drive due to being rush hour traffic. We finally got to the right one which was by the American Airlines hockey stadium. I received several calls from the front desk during the middle of the night around 3 am, redirecting wrong numbers to my room. Staff extremely friendly. Chocolate cookies were a big plus as well as the free lemon water. I would add a bath to the gym so you do not have to leave to your room if you need to use the bathroom. There was a biker convention going on and it was terribly noisy and unruly. I questioned the situation as I checked in but was told I would be 7 floors away by staying on the ninth floor. The lot next to the Hotel is having Major Construction. I was in Dallas working overnight shifts. Having the noise next door was crazy!! Durning the day as I was sleeping.
