Located in the Uptown district of Dallas, Texas, the Rosewood Crescent Hotel is one mile from the West End Historic District. The Dallas Convention Center is two miles from the hotel, and the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks, is one mile away. The hotel provides a 5-mile area shuttle.
Hotel Features.
Five dining options are offered, from Nobu's Japanese cuisine for dinner and bar drinks (reservations required) to nutritional menus at the Spa Café. The Conservatory overlooks the Crescent gardens and serves breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch. The Crescent Gourmet cafe features homemade specialties for breakfast and lunch, plus freshly-brewed Starbucks coffee (closed on weekends). Fine dining at The Crescent Club includes lunch, dinner, and bar drinks while enjoying commanding views of the skyline (reservations required, some meals may not be served daily, closed on Sundays). Beaus offers a bar.
The hotel's conference areas and meeting rooms feature more than 19,360 square-feet of space for ballroom banquets or candlelit gatherings in the Wine Cellar. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the business center. The hotel provides both valet and garage parking (surcharges apply). ATM/banking is available.
The spa offers a 22,000-square-foot cardiovascular and weight-training 24-hour fitness facility with yoga, Pilates and kickboxing classes. More than 75 beauty services in 16 treatment rooms include body wraps, facials, massage, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy treatments, and manicures and pedicures. Advanced reservations required for spa and massage treatments. Saunas, steam rooms and rainfall-style showers are in the locker rooms, where bathrobes and towels, vanity areas and workout clothing are offered, compliments of the hotel. A terraced splash pool features a stone cascading waterfall, palms, potted plants, barbecue grills and seasonal bar service. Guests can enjoy a nearby golf driving range, and also a running path near the hotel.

The Rosewood Crescent Hotel's European-style 191 guestrooms, renovated in 2009, include down-filled chaise longues and bachelor chests with flat-screen televisions. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is provided (surcharge). French doors open to wrought-iron balconies. Bathrooms offer marble vanities, full-length mirrors, bathrobes and Celadon toiletries. All rooms feature large closets. Rollaway beds can be provided.

The Crescent Gourmet - Located at the hotel entrance, this specialty food cafe offers take-out soups, salads, and sandwiches. Open early morning to mid-afternoon. Closed on weekends.
The Spa Cafe - Located in the Spa at the Crescent, this light and cheery café specializes in low-fat, high-energy fare. Menu includes fruit and veggie smoothies, fresh fruit, soups, salads, and entrées such as Stuffed Artichoke with Crab and Sesame-Crusted Salmon. Open early morning to early evening.
Starbucks - Located near lobby entrance. Hot and cold drinks; sweets. Open Monday - Saturday.
The Crescent Club - Exclusive, private club on 17th floor, with views of the city. Fine dining open to hotel guests for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a bar. Reservations required. Some meals may not be served daily. Closed on Sundays.
The Conservatory - International cuisine served in a sunroom overlooking the courtyard garden. Breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch.
Nobu – Modern pan-Asian find dinner dining. Includes an onyx sushi bar and a cocktail lounge. Reservations required.
Beaus - Offers a bar.
The Spa at the Crescent is a 22,000-square-foot facility that includes a 24-hour fitness center offering group classes in yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and aquatic exercise (during summer months). There is a wide range of cardio equipment, each with its own personal TV and cable access, weight machines, and free weights. Men's and women's locker rooms have saunas, steam rooms, spa tubs, cold plunge tubs, fluffy robes and towels, private lounges, rainfall-style showers, vanity areas, and workout clothing including everything but athletic shoes. Outdoors, a terraced 20-by-40-foot splash pool has a blue-tile and stone cascading waterfall. A golf driving range and running track are both available nearby.

"Definitely a targeted experience"
I chose this hotel because the reviews in the website were excellent. My expectations were really high and I was hoping for this amazing experience. What I got was a slightly disappointing experience. I felt like the hotel's service was astounding, very thoughtful and very attentive. I really disliked my room, how hot it was (the AC was not working […] well so we had to order a fan). It was a lot of little things that were upsetting, like the cable box was slow, the carpets were dirty, you have to order the ice (35 min wait), the food was really salty and overpriced. The saving grace of this hotel is the spa experience. Incredible service, great facilities, the gym was well kept and the attendees were just A+. The surrounding businesses are posh and if you want a really good sandwich you can walk a few blocks to Pot Belly (delicious). Overall, if you're in your late 20's or early 30's and you want to feel pampered, definitely check this place out. But if you want a more modern experience, I'm sure there's places that are a bit more youthful and less seemingly pretentious. Five star service, 3 star rooms. "Texas Heat - Cool Rooms"
We joined a couple from to attend the SADE concert at AA Center. The hotel's location was excellent and everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance.
