"This was once a fine hotel, now showing its age."
I reserved a room here because it was close to the location where I had a business appointment the next day. The exterior looks ok. The lobby is clean and well maintained. The elevators are scary. The doors bang loudly when opening and closing, making you wonder when they were last inspected. My room was on the 8th floor. The hall carpet was dirty. […] The carpet in the room was a lot better, but not clean. What would have been a nice view of the downtown Dallas skyline was ruined by the incredibly dirty window. The king sized bed was so extra, extra firm that I asked for a different room. In the second room, the bed was softer, but the maintenance man had to replace the flapped valve in the toilet. "Not statisfied with the staff , room arranged"
I checked in this Hotel late in the evening. When I checked in I was very tired. So didn't informed anyone at the same time, I was supposed to check out early in the monrning.
