"state fair"
we enjoyed the room and the service was fine.One of the reasons we chose the wingate was that it was close to the airport AND had a shuttle. we did not know the shuttle did not run on weekends. sunday morning we had to run for our plane, because we had to call a taxi and it ran late. the people at the front desk were not much help.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This is a nice property close to Love Field, Dallas. Found it to be clean and roomy. My son & I were here for the weekend for the OU/TX game. Found Breakfast to be adequate. Only downside was it was not convienent to all of the things we did. Had to take a cab to most places and they were expensive. They did have a free shuttle from the airport, but […] it only runs weekdays, not on weekends. If we were to return would probably look at a property more centrally located. "Convenient Hotel"
I love the Wingate by Wyndham line of hotels. They are cost conscious rooms for a very nice clean hotel. As a single mother of four, it's not often we get to travel, so when we do, I do not want to devote an obscene about to the room, but I do want something I'm not scared to stay in and still appeals to my extravagent tastes on a WalMart budget LOL... […] It was very clean, nice hotel convenient to Fairpark area of Dallas and most of downtown Dallas. Just a side note, the indoor pool is NOT heated... found out the hard way... kids didn't mind though :). I also wished they would keep the morning breakfast buffet open just a little longer...
