"Three days for the price of four?"
I paid for 4 nights April 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th. The man at the counter said I would have to pay for another night if I didn't pay to stay Thursday night and not only that, I would have to pay full price for the room. You can see in your records that I had to stay at another hotel for Thursday the 26th. I know this is not your fault - sometimes there […] is someone else that causes the problem. "Very disappointed"
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The first item I noticed was the hall-ways and common areas were starting to look worn an outdated. I sincerely wished that was the only issue. The room itself was fine. However, the bathroom was small. The hotel only provides soap and not other toiletries. This is the first hotel I have ever visited that […] did not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. My real issue was with the toilet. The toilet seat was wooden and instead of replacing the seat when needed, the hotel simply painted it. The problem is that the paint had started to peel. Sadly enough, this seat had several layers of peeling paint. It was chipped it several places and the brush marks were visible in both the seat and the lid. I am thankful I was by myself and did not actually have to “sit “on this. If my family had been with me, I would have left the hotel. The phones and the remote controls were filthy. "Great Room/Bad Bed"
Room was wonderful, Full kitchen with utensils and everything needed to cook. The only bad thing about this room was the bed. It was like sleeping on a wooden board. Could use better mattress.
