"Room was Dirty !! and far from the city"

"Good stay, but they need to attend to details"
The beds were very comfy, and the bar staff and restaurant were great, but there were small irritations in the room. The clock was not set at all and we could not figure out how to set it. (Microwave clock also not set.) There were 2 glasses and 2 paper coffee cups, and there were 3 of us, so I would have expected more. (the room sleeps 4-6). Room 1013 was very clean. The room vibrated the whole time we were there. It had a humming noise the whole time we were there. "Descent"
Wyndham has been a nice resting place in the past for me, however, this one was only 'descent'. The hotel layout was very convenient and accessible. The front desk clerks were kind, but not overly helpful. The room was a good size, but cleanliness was not on the top of the list. Hair and such on the bathroom floor, we didn't want to touch the bathtub. […] Sitting area furniture (couch and chairs) was stained and soiled in the room as well. Walls were 'thin'... With three adults in the room, it would have been nice to have three glasses in the kitchenette (instead of two) and at least three cups for the coffee (and coffee itself)! The room was very cold when we went to bed. I tried to call the front desk and found that the phone button for that did not work. I called the number for the hotel and the person […] answering did not do anything apparently! I later discovered in the other room another phone that had another way to reach the front desk. "Good hotel in the area"
The hotel could use a little more attention to detail regarding cleaning. There were water spots on the ceiling that could have been concealed with a little touch up paint. The fridge, microwave and coffee pots were dirty. The shower had mildew spots. "Not where I would stay again"

"This hotel is in the north end of Park Cities!"
We were here for 10 days, and they only had one of the three elevators working for most of our stay, meaning a long wait. They finally got them fixed on our 9th evening. The restaurant is a little overpriced for their buffet, and unless you are pressed for time, would recommend going elsewhere. This hotel is expremely noisy, principally because the huge atrium echoes every sound. The weekend that I stayed, an unusually large number of children, both very young and adolescents, kept up a constant buzz of noise. The noise penetrated even to the bedroom, benind the sitting room. The foyer is very nice. People were very nice. But we noticed in the room that everything was old.
