I have always stayed at Candlewood Suites since it was first opened. However, the years have taken a toll on the place. It could use new mattresses, bed linens and bedspreads. I turned the bath water on at night and it came out dark green and left what appeared to be dirt in the tub. The man at the front desk said that they would work on it and possibly […] replace the pipes. I still like the location and the fact that it is very quite at night and I have always felt safe there. "You get what you pay for.....AND NOTHING MORE"
Overall, this hotel was fine for our trip because we planned to spend very little time in the room. The hotel did not have housekeeping unless you were staying for 7 days or more which was annoying. None of the units had a king bed. On the bright side the rooms were very clean and although the bed was small it was comfortable. Location was great right […] next to the galleria and minutes from North Dallas restaurants. I probably would not stay again because frankly I am getting too grown for these kind of places; but I got what I paid for and it suited my needs for the weekend.
