I came to Dallas for lights all night 2012 and stayed here for 3 nights. The staff here is so friendly. They aligned the shuttle to bring me to the rail station and helped with directions around Dallas. "Big bang for the buck"
Discovering a three hour delay flying into Dallas, I booked this room as I was not going to be able to drive home that night. Some reviewers say the hotel is outdated. I would say it is a mixed bag. Tube TVs, no flat screens, sleep number beds (very comfortable, probably older furniture such as desks and chairs. It was a very comfortable, slept well […] stay. I'll start this off by saying I am very low maintenance when it comes to most things. Basically my only requirements of this hotel stay were that I didn't pick up bed bugs (which I didn't), my car wasn't broken into (it wasn't), & that the location not be a million miles from Downtown Dallas (it was all of 10 minutes away). The only faults were the state of the bathtub which looked to have a permanent layer of grime on the bottom, & the DirecTV connection would go out regularly. Of course I didn't travel all that way to watch King of the Hill reruns so I didn't stress over it much. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival in Dallas, I called the hotel about catching their shuttle. The woman I spoke with at the front desk immediately contacted the driver to give me a timeframe for when I could expect to see him.
