I stayed at this hotel in a single room with a few friends. I have no complaints other than I did not receive the beds I requested when I booked - I booked two doubles and a sofa bed and received a king and a sofa bed. The experience was incredible. No problem checking in or out. The staff atthe front desk was kind and helpful and never seem hesitant to help. The cleaning crew came by and cleaned the room and nothing was out of place. I would stay here again when visiting dallas in the future.

Very relaxing. I payed more than I usually do (even with the weekend discount) but I received a lot of value for the extra money: 1) very large room (a suite in fact); 2) although our room was facing IH35 it was very quiet; 3) the bed was very comfortable so we rested well; and 4) the Marriott personnel greeted us with smiles and provided us with information […] on the area (diners, driving directions, etc,) Bottom line.....money well spent! It was super nice for 5 people in one room. The only thing was the internet is not free as it is in some other Marriotts, and the hot tub was tiny. 4 people fill it up. Otherwise it was worth every penny.

Perfect location for accessing the Dallas Arts District. The only negative I have is the noise from I-35. I have a hard time falling asleep as is and the noise from the interstate made it harder. But the bed and pillows are so comfy eventually I did fall asleep.

I had a good time at this location. I had the double room and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. I like the bathroom because it had two entrances and was very clean. Overall the hotel is great, but with one major problem for me. I'm a very light sleeper and used to peace at home. I arrived in Dallas at 8am in the morning. The hotel staff was able to process an early check-in at 9am. The room was excellent. I lacked for nothing during my stay. The rooms are great for the price. Our party had 3 adults and we each were able to sleep in our own bed and one on the comfortable sleeper sofa. The breakfast buffett that came with the rooms was fabulous. This is my 2nd time to stay here and will stay here each time I come to this area.
