"Beds to soft and had to call housekeeping everyday"

Nothing special but nothing too bad either. Close to 635 and i35. Interior courtyard/pool view room is better than the exterior rooms. Could have better layout as the TV is to the side of the bed. Grab-and-Go food items from the 24/7 market is way overpriced. Front desk staff very stuffy and non-friendly. Did meet two of the housekeeping staff and they were wonderful in answering questions but the front desk, forget about it. "One night stay at Dallas"
Needed to stay overnight while driving to my final destination. The hotel seem to be on newer side; very clean and modern. It is away from downtown, which was what I was looking for because there is no fee for parking. The hotel is located right off the highway, which is convenient, but there was long stretch of the road that was undergoing construction, […] which made any trip going across the highway longer and inconvenient. I wouldn't stay there more than one night... My Hotel.com deal did not include breakfast, but we did get complimentary breakfast due to our Marriott membership. The charge for breakfast is not worth the price that they were asking for... I would forgo the b-fast, and go to near by place to start your day, if you have a choice. "Customer Service"
I arrived at the hotel a little early, the desk clerk remarked "I don't know why they don't tell you regular customers that check-in is at 3pm." I'm not exactly sure what he meant by "regular customers" but to me it would seem in the hospitality business any paying customer is a good customer. His (Robert's) attitude completely turned me off to staying […] at this location again. "One bed instead of two"
I booked a room within two beds, but they gave me a room within one bed and one sofa. When I told them this unexpected situation, they told me that I am sorry but we don't have any other room which within two beds. "Cheap and Clean but Lacking in Customer Service"
The rooms were clean and inexpensive which served our purpose. I did not find the hotel staff to be polite at all. I was mainly upset that at check in we were told there was a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning and when I went to the lobby the next morning he told me that I had to pay. We like Courtyard but this is the first time we've been charged for water. I've paid for a "stocked bar" in hotels in the past but never thought to ask about a charge for bottled water. Wow... They told us about breakfast but the way he told us I was never sure whether it was complimentary or not. The one computer in the "business center" was almost […] always busy. I knew I should have brought my own. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Coffee maker uses pods so you can make one cup at a time. These are just a few observations... now the pros: Room was clean, shower was nice, and view of the gas station next door was extraordinary.
