"Football weekend Saints and Cowboys"

"Great Location"
This is our second time to stay at a Hyatt Place. For the price, the best value we have found. Great size room, comfortable bed, and easy access to roadways. "Tolls"
The hotel was great, but was next to a major toll road and the back roads took way too long. I was visiting, so I had no idea about the tolls until it was too late and got charged a multitude of times, but had no choice. I would like say that my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was very close to the Galleria Mall and many never by resaturants. Although we didn't get a chance to swim at the Hotel, because there were so many other things we wanted to do while in Dallas, TX. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. There were items that you had to buy […] if you didn't see the items on the upset tables. Those were the free items. Housekeeping was very good. Beautiful Hotel & the front dest clerks were very nice & helpful. We needed a shuttle to local Mall & the shuttle took us there & picked us up when we was ready & we didn't wait longer than the 15minutes we were told they would be there to pick us up. The stay at the Hyatt was more than I expected. Walking into the lobby was refreshing.It was neat and clean and looked more like a high end club or restaurant rather than a lobby.
