"It was ok"

"Excellent location"
The hotel staff was very nice. The parking lot is literally right in front of the hotel entrance and there is a lot of it. Even when the hotel seems full, the parking lot is not. "Spectacular hotel and client services"
We recently stayed there for the Madonna concert, room 602. Front desk staff was great, bartender was very friendly. The free shuttle service is a wonderful perk and the drivers we met, Ector (without an H as he said) and Bill were great! Cleaning staff did a sufficient job; need to replace coffee stir sticks, creamers, mouthwash and soap. If I pay for an additional night at THE SHERATON, I would expect the basics to be replaced. The lady at check in was inexperienced and unprofessional. The room was mostly clean, but hair in the shower, room carpet dirty. I stay here often, and this hotel is declining in cleanliness. The hotel has a nice lobby and staff. The rooms are clean, but getting there is horrible. The stink in the hallways is like someone died in there. After reading the reviews, I thought this would be a decent hotel, specially for the price. I was wrong! The lobby seemed okay, but everything went downhill after that. Only one of the two elevators was working, the hall to my room smelled terrible (like dirty, old carpet), the suite (I'll use that term loosely) was tiny, carpet was dirty, air conditioner […] couldn't get very cold, air conditioner leaked water down the wall (I couldn't tell if it was mold or dirt where it was leaking from, from didn't feel the need and trouble to switch rooms), lights were hard to find on/off switches, doors were beat up and didn't work properly, questionable service, food, and prices at the bar/restaurant. The place was really a dump. The carpet, wall coverings, and ceilings were dirty, scratched up, and looked terrible throughout most of the hotel. Definitely won't stay there again. "EZ Access to I-35"
Very Comfortable & Convenient. Only request would be coffee and water in the Lobby. I saw some near the Breakfast Buffet but I didn't want to pay $13.95 for teh bar to get coffee. "Great Hotel"
Stayed here many times due to the proximity to the Infomart. Always consistently clean and comfortable.
