They have made an attempt to update an aging hotel. The staff couldn't have been better from the breakfast buffet to the front desk. The rooms were clean and it was great pricing including the free breakfast buffet and free wi-fi. Check-in was supposed to be 3, but I didn't get a room until 5:30. They did a great job cleaning it as fast as they did, but I found two pairs of underwear and a work-out shirt under the bed. :P I let the management know, and they were very apologetic. The hotel is very convenient to Market Center and only 5 minutes to downtown. Suites are spacious. Beds are excellent and linens are superior. Although my stay was pleasant, the in charge of breakfast got on my nerves. I don't like eating in crowds so I wanted to take mine and my children's food upstairs to our room. He gave me a hard time because I had 4 plates; 2 w/ the eggs and Bacon and sausage and 2 w/ the fruit. He made me so upset I lost my appetite. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was very good. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the quality of their food. I had breakfast and room service and I think Denny's would have done a better job. As an example, The dessert I ordered from room service was a cake that was thawed 1/2 way. The only downside to our stay was while the fire dept was getting someone out of a stuck elevator, the other elevator was also shut down. So we had to carry our bags up a few flights.
