"Hotel was clean and comfortable"
We were in town for a Convention at the Dallas Convention Center. The room was affordable, convenient, clean and Comfortable. The Parking was not great spaces are very small but the security was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room itself was clean and in good condition The grout in the bathroom was a little dingy but that was the only problem. We loved the balcony with the view of downtown Dallas It was small but was all we needed to sit and enjoy the evening We ate breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby 3 mornings It was […] good each time. Snacks were available in the lobby for purchase 24 hours per day. The location was perfect. Just 2 blocks from the trade center. "Nice for the Price"
The room was spacious, except all the electrical outlets were worn out, I had to plug my phone charger into the bathroom to charge. all other outlets were useless, that made using my laptop impossible. There was no one available to help me with luggage at checkout, they did not come to work until 9 a.m., I wanted to get an early start around 7:30-8:00. "Quiet and clean for a quick overnight"
Only needed a place near downtown to crash after an event. It was so quiet I commented that they perhaps serve business people and don't have many guests on weekends, but the girl at the front desk said they were at about 80% full. Nice location. While Marriott is my favorite hotel chain, often it is hit or miss with Courtyard. The courtyard Market Center was clean, comfortable and had a very updated yet functional lobby. Internet access was easy, with comfy booths, tables and couches to sit in all with their own outlets. "Great hotel for less!"

This hotel is just outside the downtown and is a great hotel. Fitness room was very clean, room was very clean and comfortable.
