Our room was clean, nice, and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. For $10 extra per night we all ate free breakfast from the cafe menu downstairs. Only negatives were that the whirlpool was under construction and the location of the hotel is a bit too far from downtown by foot, especially with kids. the hotel was a little difficult to find. There was no sign right outside the entrance and with the othere hotel so close, it was confusing. There was no problem with reception, the room was clean, large, well airconditioned, and quiet. The problem was with the pool. 10am is not the time to be clorinating the pool and having it closed to guests. My husband and I had to rush up to Dallas for a family hospital emergency, and the Courtyard was a fantastic stress reliever. Even though emotions were high and traveling was long, we had a great dinner at the trendy lobby bar and a wonderful night's rest at the hotel. I'm picky about my hotel pillows since I travel a lot, and I was really impressed! […] I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially for the price with an included breakfast. This wasn't your stale bagel and pre-packaged cereal kind of breakfast. We had hot bagels with egg, ham, and cheese with juices! I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, food, and staff. Outstanding
"Weekend getaway"
I was very impressed with the hotel, it's staff and available amenities. My room was VERY clean, the bedding and linens were comfortable, the heating and A/C worked perfectly and was quiet. The only disappointment was only having a bare minimum of hot water for showering. I will DEFINITELY stay again when I need to be in Dallas.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
