"Good Location"
This hotel is pretty good. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants, a park, and very close to the Sixth Floor Museum. The room was very cute and the bed was comfy, but the walls were very thin. Also the TV wasn't the greatest, small amount of channels. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the housekeeping people weren't the nicest […] and were only available until 2pm. I was in Dallas to visit my daughter and attend the Brothers of the Sun concert with friends. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We could even get our morning cup of Starbucks coffee in the lobby. I stayed in the king room which was smallish, but more than adequate. "Good Value But A/C Issue"
Our room was clean and acceptable, but the thermostat had an issue. Cold air would blow out and get the temperature to 65, then it would shut off and until the temperature reached 73. The entire hotel is very cute. The paint colors and decorations are soothing and friendly. I picked this hotel because it was convenient located between Music Hall and the downtown resturants. Easy on and off access from Hwy. Wonderful, cheery, bright, not the typicial "hotel" atmosphere.
