Overall the room was comfortable. The condition of the Hotel was good. Housekeeping could use some pointers on the cleanliness of the room in the bathroom floor department. I like the promptness of the staff at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport and called the front desk the driver of the Shuttle Van was already pulling into the Shuttle Van Parking area. My wife and I stayed the night before an early flight out of Love Field and couldn't be more impressed! The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel overall was clean and sharply decorated throughout. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and the location is perfect for anyone traveling out of Love Field. The public areas of the hotel are well kept, what you'd expect from a Wyndham. The room was less than. There were stains on the carpet, the heating cooling unit was loud but unfortunately not loud enough to drown out the voices in the next room. I've stayed in quieter Super 8's next to a freeway. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. My room was gorgeous. The only negatives were that I was not told that a breakfast was included with our stay so I was not able to take advantage of that service. Also the shuttle service that they ran to the Market Center was very erratic. This service was critical for those of us there for the Gift show. […] We had to fight for a shuttle on the last day and this was after verifying three times before booking that a shuttle would be available for the entire duration of the show. I had a flight to catch at 6 am. I woke up at 4am to take a shower. I let the shower run for a good 10 minutes and still no hot water. I didn't care for the area, and the parking lot needs some maintenance, but inside the hotel was nice, and the room was above average for sure. One area of danger however is the stairwell near the front of the building. I decided to take the stairs at the end of the hall to go down to the lobby late one night. It was lit okay, but so secluded and took […] you down two extra flights of stairs past the lobby and you came to a dead end and had to go back up two flights to get out of the stair well.
