I really liked it The hotel is 2 minutes from Love Field on the Shuttle which is the real deal--no reservations, runs every half on the dot, etc. Not... like those fake shuttles that no longer exist when you get to a hotel or have very limited hours or reliability. Hot tea at check-in, nice clean big room, NS, beds as promised, view of planes, nice but not too pricey full service restaurant open till 12. Very pleasant night clerk and taxi driver hanging to talk politics with. I dropped my teen daughter off at 8 to go to bed & then returned my rental car. I picked this hotel because of its proximity to lovefield and downtown. My overall experience was lacking. First they messed up our reservation. And the staff member I dealt with had attitude when i went to get it fixed. Then on the second night of our stay we Inquired about the heater. They sent maintenance up to check on it and got it turned on. But […] then we couldnt turn it off. I spent all Night fighting with it. Getting no sleep. At one point in time my mother called down to the front desk for help and they sent hotel security because maintenance had gone home. He got it to go off. But soon after he left it came back on. At one point it was 95 degrees in the room. Very miserable. Talked to the front desk the next morning. Went out for the day thinking they would fix it. They did not. Had to change rooms for the last night. Didnt get sleep that Night either due to drunk men running up and down the hall slamming doors. Read more

This is my second stay here. The (I forget what his official title is) helped me with all my bags to the room. Followed me back to Hertz to drop the car. Even offered to take me to another restaurant if I wanted dinner some place else besides the airport. I WILL always stay here when flying in and out of DAL field.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and included a direct shuttle. Unfortunately, although, I had a confirmation number, the front desk insisted that I call hotels.com before they released the room. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before they gave me a key. Check in was the only disappointment.

Entering the room, it must have been over 80 degrees in the room as the air conditioner was not on. I had brought drinks and other food items and the refigerator didn't work. It is very close to the airport and there is a convenient shuttle.

Efficient staff and a nice but not amazing room. Photos on Hotel.com do not match the guest rooms. Lighting in room is terrible. Bathroom door interferes with toilet. Manager and staff exceptionally helpful. Nice gym, acceptable outdoor pool.

a good hotel for those having business at Lovefield airport or surrounding area. Convenient and having good quality rooms. Has a typical American hotel bar. Good selection of beers but the bar food menu needs improvement.
