I picked this hotel because of its proximity to lovefield and downtown. My overall experience was lacking. First they messed up our reservation. And the staff member I dealt with had attitude when i went to get it fixed. Then on the second night of our stay we Inquired about the heater. They sent maintenance up to check on it and got it turned on. But […] then we couldnt turn it off. I spent all Night fighting with it. Getting no sleep. At one point in time my mother called down to the front desk for help and they sent hotel security because maintenance had gone home. He got it to go off. But soon after he left it came back on. At one point it was 95 degrees in the room. Very miserable. Talked to the front desk the next morning. Went out for the day thinking they would fix it. They did not.
