Booked a room at the Sheraton for a weekend of fun with my family. The hotel is lovely. The negatives were that the bathrooms are kind of small and we had a little trouble operating the tv in our room. Also, there is no mini fridge! My food was horrible. The ribs were very dry, crispy and hard. They did not adjust the cost. On the other hand the service was quick, friendly and professional. I would visit again; however, I am reluctant to dine there. "Convenient and Courteous"
I had a lovely stay at the Sheraton Galleria. I have little to no complaints about my stay except for the fact that they were rather busy during check-out and was not able to get a bell-hop to my room. Rather I did have to go downstairs to pick up the only available luggage cart, and when I picked it up I was notified that I would have to return it […] myself even though one of the staff asked if I needed help, when I remarked "no" because I had already started the luggage process on my own he did not stay to take the cart from me. Instead walked around for a few minutes and made me return it myself. I even asked to be switched to another room because the heater was not working quite so well in my original room, and that was taken care of straight away. Everything else was great though. The quality of room service was fantastic, I did not get my food in a timely manner so it was comped right away. The cleanliness of the room was great, the comfort of the bed and pillows were fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again given the opportunity to be in Dallas. I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. A staff member was waiting by the door to help me with my bags which was great because I was traveling without my husband. Check in was quick and easy. "Close to great shopping"

"Hit or Miss"
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great if you were only interested in visiting the Galleria. The downside is that it's about 20 min from downtown. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing. Great food! My first issue, and it was my fault for not asking, but I was frustrated with the front desk when I asked them to call […] me a cab. They agreed to do so but failed to mention they would call their own service. It cost us an extra $20 to take a sedan with a driver that couldn't figure out where we were trying to go, even though we had an address. My only other complaint was the service at their restaurant was a joke. I had to ask to be waited on (after sitting there 15 min) then it took them another 20 min to get me a salad. the parking fee was annoying but the fact that we paid to park and yet the construction on the other side of the fence resulted in our truck being hit by a bunch of rocks was even more irritating. The remodel is great in the main lobby! Once we made it to our room we expected the same "upgrade" Why cut corners in a remodel? The bathrooms are not remodeled and they are very small. It still has a turn dial light switch. Very outdated, but funny to see one again!
