"Great Stay...."

"Fantastic stay"
I really loved this Embassy Suite. Rooms looked new, they were very clean and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast , as always at Embassy Suites, was great. If you go away hungry, it's your fault. We took the hotel shuttle over to the loop 12 restaurants in stead of driving. The driver was fantastic. Makes it nice when you can enjoy a beer and not worry […] on the way back. "Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field- quite supprised"
The rooms were great, typical of Embassy Suites. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. The buffets were neglected with very little selection and seldom replenished. The staff was absent to keep the tables cleared and cleaned for other guests. The decor was dated and in need of serious cleaning. Only 2 elevators for 12 floors with one having […] mechanical issues. Several occasions, had to use the stairs due to the long lines and long waits for the elevator. "Great Hotel, Very friendly!"
The entire staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful! Our room was beautiful and the view of downtown Dallas was wonderful.Our room also faced Love field so we were able to watch planes land and take off. "Excellent Stay!"
We took a little two-night getaway to Dallas and enjoyed the stay immensely. We got there mid-week between Christmas and New Year's Eve and it was quiet and not very busy. We worried about the neighborhood, driving in from the west on Northwest Highway past pawn shops and the urban blight areas just north of Love Field, but within a few blocks, the […] neighborhood changed to nicer residential. The hotel was quite nice and well maintained. Since it was mid-week, there weren't a lot of staff on duty, but all of our needs were met quickly and efficiently. The afternoon happy hour was very well done, and we enjoyed a few beers and drinks before dinner both nights.
