Dirty carpet! No irons in the room, they brought one upon request and it was defective , if u are traveling for business this is not a good place

Hotel lobby and dining room is nice and breakfast buffet is good. Hallways are run down and need updating. Rooms are small and could use some updating, room A/C is loud, but beds were very comfortable. Hallway carpets are worn and bathroom needs updating. Ask for a room away from hallway ice machine since it is very loud and can be heard inside rooms […] with the door shut. Direct TV being installed in the hotel to upgrade poor TV service. We had a second floor poolside cabana. There are no elevators to reach them. While it was a big room, there were never enough towels or washcloths for our family....even when we asked for them. It was not 2 miles from Love Field (more like 15). The poolside King Cabana suite felt like those cheap beach motels you find during spring break. The carpet was old and sticky and there were three iron burns on the carpet. The room was dark and there were no elect outlets by the bed or on the bedside lamps. This hotel was overrated on sites. Lots of travel done and this was one of my worst. Right down the road from a strip joint. Someone tried breaking in my room at night. Didn't dare go to get food after 8pm. "Pool Cabana Suite" was a strip mall hotel behind the main one that has a pool at the front door and a parking lot outside of the slider in the […] bedroom. In the lobby areas, it was very noticeable of the carpets not being cleaned around furniture. Debri under the furniture. The bathroom in the room needs repair. The trim at the floor leading to the tub and the wall should be fixed. The a/c unit had to be set to 70 to even start cooling the room. We ate in the hotel restaurant, for our evening meal, the […] young lady was the only good service at the hotel. The breakfast provided was ok. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I travel frequently for work and I expected, given the price range for my room, that this would be a notch above the business class hotels at which I frequently stay. This was not the case. The decor of the hotel is dated. The television reception is extremely poor, and the channel selection was unacceptable to me. While I didn't have a specific problem with the service, I didn't really feel as if I was being treated as a special guest. All in all, I've had much better hotel stays. Unless you are having a meeting at this hotel, I would not stay here. There is a large atrem that is very loud and the staff allows the meetings and party's that are in the hotel to use this space to hang out all night. There is only one elevator that is very slow. The room was nice but coffee maker did not work and the toilet only worked half the time. […] There was 4 of us in the room we only had 2 blankets (1 was very stained) I called to get 2 more and was told they where out so they only brought us one. I would recommend to take your own linens. We stayed here because of the indoor pool. Very nice pool but there was a staff member that was stationed at the pool and would not leave us alone. First of all, I was disappointed when I walked into my room. The room smelt old and not like a three star hotel suppose to smell or feel like. The pictures that I saw on the computer, I did not get that quality, elegant isn't what I got. I wanted king bed and got double queen.

We had the poolside cabana suite, which was nice, but the pool is definitely not as great as they make it out to be. I don't know why people rave about the service here because I found the staff to be slow and negligent. We asked for champagne flutes to be brought up to our room. Apparently no one knows what that is and thought we were actually asking […] for shoes. I had cereal for breakfast and the milk they had available had been spoiled for at least 6 days, as indicated by the expiration date on the carton. The hotel reminds me of an older woman trying to relive her glory days of youth. I'm sure it was a fantastic hotel once, but if I were you, I would look elsewhere. Read more

The hotel was quite clean. I enjoyed the fact that there was complimentary breakfast and free internet. The pool is sufficient. The hotel room was very clean and smelled of citrus for non-smoking. The hotel seems fairly old but it was reasonable.

I only stayed one night for a business seminar the next day, but I was not impressed with this hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room (floor too). As with most smoking rooms, it reeked of stale smoke (not good on my sinuses). The room was also right next to the elevator and I could hear people coming and going all night. […] The a/c in my room also didn't appear to cool very well and was VERY loud. The wireless internet did not give off a decent signal strength and I was unable to use the internet. I did not complain because I had driven in to Dallas (2.5 hrs) right after work and was extremely tired. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel and was very disappointed. The location the seminar was held (King George III room) was pretty nice, but the tables were old and even had the large nail heads sticking up out of the top of the table under the tablecloth. You could pay more and get a grand room. You could pay a little less and not be able to touch this room. I'd let any of my family stay here, including my young daughters. Breakfast was good. I didn't hear the two highways the hotel is located between, even during the morning rush hour.

The room was rough. The doors barely closed. It was right on a major freeway and VERY LOUD!!! Quality was subpar but they tried to make up for it other ways. Great people, nice pool area, great people. Not deserving of 3 stars. Need to repair rooms. Also no Verizon service at hotel for cell phones.
