Villa Europa is excellent. It is steps from the boardwalk and they have free bikes so you can go for long lazy rides. Even though the hotel is on the... street and steps from the boardwalk, it is actually very quite as the street has barely any traffic. The rooms have central air so one does not even hear the noise of the AC which has been quite a problem at recent hotel stays for me. Great value for the money and highly recommended!! Staff was super friendly! Room was small but clean. We used the hotel bikes which was nice. Great location in the middle of the boardwalk. 1 block to the beach. Would stay again!!

Great location if you want to be next to the beach and restaurants. The hotel provides bikes and chairs. Ate at a great Peruvian restaurant - Pachamama.

I had the efficiency room w/ kitchen, the room was good size, try clean and the bed was super comfortable. The Owners?/managers were very nice and helpful and eager to please. There are beach cruiser bikes to use as well as beach chairs and toys. Steps from the Hollywood boardwalk where there are lots of eateries and shops. We rode the bikes to the […] Organic Brewery and had a really good breakfast. The only negatives I found (which didn't bother me) were the appliances were looking old and should probably be updated soon to fit in with the rest of the room. Also the room is very bright during the day (again not a problem for me) so if you want to sleep during the day and need a dark room you will be out of luck here. over all a great place for a great price at the beach. This hotel is smooshed in between lots of other hotels. It is small and older and doesn't look like much when you arrive. But Luis is the most gracious host and he keeps his little place in top shape. The location is great- just steps from the ocean and right near but not on the boardwalk. There are complimentary beach cruisers available for use and […] we even got a discount at a delicious local restaurant (Pachamama) when we told them he sent us. There is no pool and it definitely isn't glamorous but it was clean and efficient and had great vibes. Highly recommend! Read more
