Live like a local in this one bedroom apartment style beach hotel. Pros - The rate plus the fact that its steps from the beach make it a Great value. Clean place. Full Kitchen. Very Simple. Cons - you won't get super service here called the phone number with questions a few times half of which were to no avail. Essentially plan on being self sufficient […] which isn't terrible but if you like being pampered by staff you won't get that here. When we stayed there there was a very loud family that was obviously very excited about being there so on occasion they would shout from their room windows to the ground and it was a bit much at times. Not sure shouting people is the hotels fault but I heard them clearly. Personal - I took my love here and we had a solid good stay. We went to the boardwalk everyday and out to eat in the surrounding restaurants every night. We slept comfortably in the bed and even opened the sofa bed in the living room to watch a movie and slept there one night. All in all it provided what we were looking for an atmosphere were we could focus on each other and bond. Read more

Checkin-in was easy and the staff was pleasant. It was a suite, so plenty of room for sure. The bed was comfortable. Our room was facing the highway, but since our suite had a window A/C unit, the hum from the unit blocked out all the traffic sounds, but did not disturb our sleep because it was in the "living room" rather than our bedroom. Hotel Motel like, named himself boutique. They say bay view rooms but no, only 2 floors. But one block away from beach. a very nice beach! no coffe maker. but no breakfast so you have to go away anyway. It was a nice stay.

This place is so cute & quaint for a beach getaway. Price was wonderful, other places were a lot more expensive. Walking distance to the boardwalk & ocean. We loved this place & would highly recommend it! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We are planning on staying here again on our next visit to FL.

the suite was awesome and staff very nice however the beds mattress felt like you were sleeping on concrete not confortable at all they should up grade there mattresses I couldn't sleep due to the bed being very ucomfortable... other than that the suite was very nice for amount of money paid and very close to the ocean.

By boutique they mean tiny. The rooms were very small - but still charming. They have obviously done a nice renovation on this entire place – new paint, beach-themed art and colorful accents inside and out. It was clean, comfortable and very easy to get to. my review is brief.... since my wife and I stayed for only one night reservation. After 9pm there is no one there to attend you ( luckily there were no issues) after we arrived. The room was clean! I have to say. it was pretty cold the night we stayed and the room did not have heat option. Very close to boardwalk which is great....

We chose this motel based on location to the beach and boardwalk and based on the reviews. This motel did not disappoint. Location, was perfect! Staff so helpful. The first night our bed broke (from sitting on it) and the front desk allowed us to stay in another room for the night. The next morning our bed was quickly repaired with no issues. Beach […] chairs and towels provided which was great. Not alot of cutlery in our kitchen, but they easily accomodated with whatever we needed. The room was clean and bathroom clean. Parking was available for $10/day which was great as there is no parking available close to the beach. Our friends came to visit and got parking for the day, no issues. Grounds very well kept. Always someone working on gardens etc. But the pool needed some help. The birds took it over and the edge of pool was covered in bird doo doo. But they were entertaining to watch as they used the pool for their giant bird bath. We still sat out there but did not swim in pool which was not heated and cold. When we checked in, the girl at the fron desk was very friendly. About two hrs after we checked in, our bed broke...we were just lying on it-that's it. Anyway, I went down to the desk to let them know and there was another girl there-also extremely friendly. She said maintenance was was gone for the day, but she could give us another room or we could […] stack reams of paper under it to hold it up until it was fixed. The broken bed was not a big deal. The room was very clean. A major plus for me. What I did not like about the place was the outside light shown in the room at night even when the blinds were closed. Had a lovely 3 day stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. Great area- walked to beach for dinner, close drive to Sun Life Stadium. Suite was very nice and had what we needed for our stay. Loved that we were walking distance to great restaurants on Ocean Drive or on the Beach. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will return for another stay.

Standard rooms are just that "standard" however the mini suites are spacious and great for very little more money- go for it!!!! Just a few steps from the beach- great place to spend a week or so. Staff is helpful and courtious.

This is an old hotel, renovated several months ago, but it's still does not offer the comforts of a newer hotel. There is an extra parking fee. It's OK if you want a short, walking distance to the nice Hollywood beach; otherwise, for the price, you can find something more suitable.

We stayed in the cheapest room they offer Friday, Saturday, and checked out on Sunday afternoon. The rooms were newly re-decorated and have everything you may need right in the room, like pots, pans, forks, spoons, knifes and drinking glasses. The room was clean and had a full size fridge to keep drinks and food cold until you want to warm them up in […] the microwave that is supplied in every room. Flat screen TV's and free Wifi are also standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is 100 yards away. The thing I could complain about is the parking, like most places on the beach, parking is tough. there is a small parking lot out front that will park about 10 cars, there is another one out back that will park around 10 cars, and a very small spot out front on the corner that will park 3 compact cars. If you plan on going out at night(past 10:00) your gonna be lookin for a spot out on the street because all of the house parking will be full. With the parking set aside, I highly recommend staying there. I will be back to stay there again. Read more

This property was recently renovated; nice job in updating the rooms! They room was comfortable & extremely affordable, especially given the area. Beach was just a quick walk away. I would definitely recommend this property to family & friends and would stay here again without any hesitation!
