The price was good for the location. The room was reasonable. A lower level flat. Coffee pot, microwave, sm. refrigerator, tv. bed, futton, sm. table, window a/c unit, fan, broom (no carpet), shower (no tub), access to BBQ grill in patio area. Boardwalk, music shell & plenty of restaurants & some stores walking distance. Parking arrangement good. Police […] station & parking across the street. Street lights too bright. Safety not an issue.
