Good location right next to the i95. My room (615) was clean, beds were comfortable. Hot water in the shower wasn't always available. Breakfast was adequate to start my day. Price was affordable. everything was fine except for the hair (two different types) on the night stand and the half eaten pizza (w/ onions) in the fridge from the last guest. We were moved from room 313 to 415 because it had roaches. Room 415 carpet was dirty. I would have changed hotels if I could have gotten my money back. That is one of the disavantages of using Hotels.com. They have your money and you are stuck.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"At first, but..."

This is my second time I stay at this hotel. Very close to the FT. Lauderdale Airport. The only thing I found funny the second time around was that the bathroom door when you open and close the door would hit the Toilet......go figure. "Home away from home"
I travel constantly for business, and am happy to say that this Hotel is my all time favorite. I have stayed at four and five Star hotels, but none of them compare to this hotel when it comes to a Great and friendly staff. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The Hotel provides free shuttle service to both locations. The evening Front Desk ladies are about the the nicest in the hotel industry, Friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to give you excellent service. Bill, the general manager is a great guy and always available. Great breakfast in the morning, and coffee 24 hours a day. A 24 hour Denny's is right accross the parking lot. I travel to South Florida on business monthly, and have found a home at the Days inn in Hollywood. The staff, including the Bill, the General Manager, the Front desk staff, and the Housekeeping staff are all Fantastic. Everyone goes the extra step to make your stay perfect.
