This concerns one of the two rooms we rented> The air was not on when we arrived in Hollwywood , Florida . Eighty degrees outside. The room was had a musty gas smell that would give you a headache. We asked maintenance to check the room . He said he didn't know what was causing the problem and didnt know how to fix it. We requested to be moved to another […] room but there was none available . These problems were not passed to the morning manager and they knew nothng about the problems. They did bring us a fan and opened the windows to let the smell out.They don't communicate there.Frankly , I don't think we should be required to pay for the first night lodging because of this.That same smell was still there the next day. "NEEDS RENOVATION!"
I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The hotel was a convenient location, however the hotel itself did not look anything like the photos. Our room was on the second floor, and there was NO elevator. When we first walked in the room, the room smelt moldy, and the ac was off. If i have a reservation, it would be courteous for you to at least cool the […] room for my arrival in this summer heat. The towels and the sheets were a dingy white color. It was a horrible experience, I had two nights booked, and only stayed one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
