I booked 2 rooms with king size beds and I got one king and one full. Even though I only spent few hours in the room each night, I was rather disappointed. The bed im my room was shabbily made and the towels are worn and need changing. Most of them were yellow and there was a spider on the inside wall next to the door. It took us a $50 cab ride to this hotel, which was supposed to be only miles from the airport. It was in a terrible location. The woman in the lobby for check-in was behind lock and a metal gate, had to be buzzed in. She couldn't find our reservation for 5 minutes. Upon arriving to our room, we found the "king size bed" was smaller than a full-size […] bed. She had also told us that our shower did not work. There were holes in the wall, as well as paint missing. We couldn't change rooms because they were "completely booked that night" so when we went to get a refund 30 minutes after we had checked-in to go to another hotel she told us that we had already stayed and could not do so. "descontento con el hospedaje"
El hotel se encontraba en remodelacion, fuimos alojados en una habitación con el sanitario despegado , la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba , una banera sumamente sucia , lo que nos obligo a tener que ir a la recepcion , quejarnos y luego nos dieron otra habitacion en mejores condiciones , teniendo nosotros que transportar nuestras maletas por nustras […] propiias cuentas , el lobby del hotel mas pequeño , informal e incomodo no puede ser , la entrada o marquesina estaba destruida , consideramos que dicho hotel no debiera ofertarce al publico hasta tanto no lo terminen de remodelar o por lo menos tener cuidado de no ofrecer habitaciones en las condiciones que nos entregaron primero , el ambiente de los ambiente de los alrededores es sumamente feo , literalmente se puede decir que es como si estuviera en un patio , el desayuno no es el tipico americano, era muy pobre. Las fotos que presentan dan una idea totalmente diferente del hotel, al llegar no es muy satisfactorio. No tiene refrigeradora de mini bar, hay que solicitar la secadora de pelo, el desayuno lo sirven en la recepción. O hotel é bem localizado. É próximo da I95 e no meio entre o aventura mall e o sawgrass mills... Fica perto de fort lauderdale e fácil acesso através do aeroporto de miami.
