Great price point for what you get. Facility was clean; staff friendly, unobtrusive. Expansive room. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Great sitting area separate of bedroom. Contemporary design was nice without being too much. Exercise room seems pretty much an afterthougt-no water the room, though they gave an 8 ounce bottle at the desk free of […] charge. This is an excellent hotel, especially for the price. I love the retro modern decor. The lobby is beautiful and warm and welcoming. Our room was just as lovely.The hotel was exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. They are right about the rooster in the morning but I think that if you ask for a room on the front side of the hotel you would never know it was there. We booked this hotel for 3 nights and for the price ou really can't beat it. Small swimming pool but big enough for our 2 year old to swim in and very warm. Dorothy who handled the hotel service went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even bringing in toys and juice for our daughter while we were there. Breakfast wasn't high end but there was bacon […] and eggs and plenty of fruit and juices and it was nice that it was included. Location was good, right off the freeway but the surrounding neighborhood wasn't anything to write home about, but the hotels in the area were all very nice. Easy drive to downtown Charleston. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The shower did not work well at all, when we called the front desk (after having to take 10 minutes to turn on the shower) they said that they would "make note". nice weekend get-away for my wife and myself. great value for the room. spacious, clean, up-to-date, comfortable. hot breakfast in the morning was nice, not just cold bagels and coffee. convenient to highway, but enough distance to not hear the noise. though we did not use it for this trip, the desk area was nice if this were for business. .... for […] you couples looking, the shower is big enough for 2, the sectional couch offered some interesting alternatives to the bed. downside is that the walls are fairly thin. not sure if our neighbors could hear us, but we heard them a little later while we were relaxing after, which got us going again - so maybe the thin wall wasn't such a bad thing. Stayed here for one night on Dec 1st. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was the noisy plumbing - we were awoken at 5:30 in the morning to the sound of the plumbing pipes knocking, and once they started, they kept it up on and off until we finallly gave up and got up.
