Beds were clean but the rugs in the rooms were very dirty and need to be replaced. So does the furniture in the room. The rooms in this hotel need a better up keep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lobby and club lounge were clean and staff very helpful. As for my room, not so clean. Upon arrival my room still had dirty cups from previous guest and the walls were dirty. The room could have used a deep cleaning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place to stay!"
My family and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights while our house was being remodeled. It was much nicer than I expected for the price. We had booked through the iPhone app and got additional savings. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the condition of the hotel was top notch. "in the middle of everything"
Hotel was good with just a couple of issues. We had plumbing issues. We had to call for service regarding the drainage in the tub; it didn't drained properly and the toliet backed up a little. I believe since we had the room at a great discount they put us in a less desirable room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Rooms and ammenities are fantastic, beds are so comfortable! One issue I had is that even though I had a King bed reserved, they didn't keep my reservation. "Charleston"
7th floor room was good. We left for 2 days and came back and were given 5th floor rooms (same price). The AC did not work in the 1st room. Gave me another room on 5th floor. No refrigerator or luggage stand. Hotel is nice but be sure and ask what you are getting. No complimentary coffee in lobby was disappointing. "Would not stay again"
Our air conditioning in our first room stopped working the first night. It was August in South Carolina, 100+ degrees. Needless to say we didn't sleep. The staff was prompt and did their best to help us. They replaced the a/c unit, however that one didn't work and the room stayed at 80 degrees. They replaced that unit with yet another unit that also […] did not work. They finally moved us to another room which was a pain because we were also traveling with our infant son. That room's unit worked but did not cool the room below 74 or 75 degrees even though we had it set at 68. We hardly slept because it was so hot.
