We enjoyed our stay. I liked the foyer area. It was a nice sitting area for reading and relaxing. I wish the TV hadn't been on when no one was watching it. Beds were comfortable and we had a choice of flat pillows or fluffy ones. I appreciated the icebox in the room and microwave so we could have some meals there. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and eager to help with any of our needs. There was no elevator, but there was one handicap parking space infront. Continental breakfast was more than just coffee and pastries.

A reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast in the mornings. Only negative would be a lack of a pool. Early May this wasn't a problem, but in the heat of the summer that might affect your decision to stay here. Overall, and great experience.

We really liked the convenience of this hotel. Our only problem was no pets. We started our search for the hotel at a pet friendly site and it suggested the Nugget but when we tried therethe website we were transferred to, they said it was full and offered the Hardm an House which sounded nice but was more expensive. We booked there and upon arrival […] saw a No Pet sign at the desk so we left kitty in the truck. It got down to 17 degrees that night. A very convenient place to stop in Carson City. Big, comfortable ground floor room with excellent wi fi service for laptop. Complimentary glass of wine, coffee, cookies etc in the reception area. Easy walk to a good pub,(the Fox and Firkin), the State Capitol, a couple of casinos. Recommended as a good overnight stop.
