"EXTREMELY DISAPPPOINTED!!!!!!!!"
If booking only because of price, you won't be too disappointed. Parking... difficult to say the least. Parking garage has NO access to hotel and side door CAN NOT be accessed even with room key. My room was directly across from the breakfast ( I use that word loosely) room. Losts of noise early in the morning. In my haste to check out early (3:30 am), […] I forgot a few items in the cleaverly hidden closet. 12 hours later (upon my arrival home), I called the hotel to set aside my garments for a local family member to pick up only to be told that THERE WERE NO CLOTHES in the closet. I was told that there were new housekeepers and that they may not be aware of the protocol to document forgotten items. The manager asked me to call the following day so she could confirm with the housekeepers that there were no items in the closet. After a couple more calls, she "ASSURED me that there were no clothes in the closet". But they would call me IF anything was "FOUND". I will never stay here again.
