"It was alright"
Everything was pretty good (for the price) except that the heater in the room and refrigerator were extremely noisy. The pillows were pretty bad, too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good price but noisy"
The facility was clean and comfortable but understaffed. They need to have someone available to address noise complaints in person rather than by a phone call from the front desk. We were kept awake until midnight by noise above us and partying in the room next door and the hall outside our room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our stay in Seaside was ok but would not stay there again. You get what you pay for.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Awful smelling room."
Even though there was remodeling going on in the hotel (wasn't aware of until I got there), I don't feel that our room should have smelled like human urine. We opened the window the best we could and the staff provided a room spray, but the scent still continued. The room was old and shabby with a terribly stained carpet. On the upside, the bed was […] fairly comfortable. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stay if all you want is a bed to lay your head!"
The room was ok. The spare blanket for the sofa was dirty. Called the front desk for another and was told to come down and get it. People above me stomped and dragged something across the floor all night. I called the front desk and asked that they call and ask the people to stop making noise. Nothing changed so I am not sure they called. I will not […] go back unless this is the only room available. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Sweeping our concerns under the rug"
After putting up with noisy neighbors for nearly three days through paper thin walls and a housekeeping service that did not meet its job desciption, I spoke with the front desk about my concerns. I was told that they would contact the guests in the adjoinijng room and ask them to quiet down and follow up with housekeeping. I also asked to speak with […] the manager and get the District Manager's e-mail address, neither of these occured. I was told that the manger would not return until after our departure and if we wanted, we could e-mail him. The front desk attendant went on to state that the room was not clean was due to the fact that the "DND" sign was on the door (This was removed when we left the room for the day)and housekeeping had left a note asking if we wanted our room cleaned. Here is the problem with that last statement from the front dest attendant. Housekeeping had came into our room, changed our towels and bed linens, but neglected to vacuum the carpeting. Sound to me that this was a "Canned" response to all housekeeping complaints or the manager had ask the attendant to reply this way hoping to sweep it all under the rug. May I also suggest adding a part time front desk attendant during the continental breakfast period and during peak check-in times in the evening. Security cameras are fine, but having a staff member walking the halls periodically would have caught the noise issue before myself or any guest would have to lodge a complaint with the front desk. I understand cost cutting of labor cost all to well, but you are in the "Hospitality" industry and should staff accordingly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
