WOW I don't even know where to begin! We were early to check in and they preregistered us. They informed us we had been upgraded from a King Suite to a... 2 bedroom suite! They even asked if that was ok??? Like I would say no to that! The room wasn't available and so she took my phone number down and said room should be ready about 2pm. We received a call at 1:30 letting us know our room and keys were ready! When we came back to get the keys they informed us about the social hour during the weeknights! Free beer and wine with a light dinner and dessert! The first night was nachos and strawberry shortcake for dessert. The second night was enchilladas, rice, beans, salad and strawberry ice cream for dessert. The managers even came through while we were eating asking us about our stay! The hot tub was very warm and comfortable. I will have to say that this hotel is very acommadating to people with diabilities as they even had the hoists to lift disabled people in and out of the hot tub and pool. The staff went above and beyond their duties to make sure the stay was absolutely wonderful. This hotel is close to just about everything! We saved so much by eating breakfast(another fabulous meal and best continental breakfast I have found) and dinner here. the full size kitchen with dishwasher and all in your room just tops it all off! I can't say enough about this place and I believe everyone should pick this hotel if they are planning a stay in the San Diego area!!!!! Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 18, 2012
